Career history, work engagements, training, and professional memberships - Project credits,

contracts, fees, royalties, and residuals - Intellectual property rights, merchandising, endorsements,

and licensing information - Health information where relevant, including mental health - Marital

status, family, and lifestyle details relevant to agency representation - Casting information:

headshots, measurements, appearance details - Information about criminal convictions or offences

Special Categories: We may process sensitive data, including health, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual

orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, and criminal convictions where relevant.

2. Sources of Personal Data

• Provided by you or authorized third parties during onboarding or engagement • Generated through

contractual obligations and interactions

• Publicly available information (e.g., LinkedIn, Spotlight)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data for: a) Performance of our contract: - Managing your engagements,

negotiating contracts, invoicing, payments, royalties, and commissions - Representing you in

opportunities and coordinating professional materials

b) Legitimate interests: - Business management, planning, and record keeping - Communication

monitoring for compliance and service - Equal opportunities monitoring

c) Legal obligations: - Accounting, auditing, and compliance with employment or agency law d)

Consent: - Direct marketing or special category processing where explicitly agreedChange of purpose: Any new processing unrelated to the above will require notification and
